Terms of Service

I. General Terms
🤍Please note that I reserve the right to decline any commission request that I am not comfortable with or that doesn't align with my work.
🤍 Please provide clear references for your commission. If you have a preferred canvas size, feel free to specify it.
🤍 A Google Sheet tracker will be provided so you can monitor the progress of your commission.
🤍 I may post WIP previews or finished commission artwork with a watermark on my social media and portfolio. Please inform me in advance if you prefer your commission to remain private.
🤍 I will provide progress updates throughout the commission process. In the event of an emergency or unexpected delay, I will notify you asap.
🤍 I reserve the right to decline any commission that I feel is beyond my current skill level or capabilities.II. Payment
🤍 Full payment is required upfront before work begins.
Payments are accepted through Gank, Wise, Gcash only.
🤍 If you wish to pay via PayPal, please use Gank’s PayPal payment option. I do not accept direct PayPal to PayPal payments.
NOTE: If you're new to Wise/Ganknow, i'll walk you through the payment process step by step. it's easy!
🤍 Refunds are not available once work has started. A full refund may be issued only if I have not started your commission within 2 months of payment.
🤍 Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. The only exception is if you attempt a chargeback after I have already delivered the finished artwork, in which case it will be treated as a serious violation.III. Revisions
🤍 Up to 3 revisions are allowed during the sketch stage.
🤍 Once the sketch has been approved, major changes to the composition, pose, design, or character details will no longer be accepted.
🤍 Minor color corrections may be requested during the coloring stage, with a maximum of 3 revisions.
🤍 Additional revisions beyond the allowed limit may incur extra fees.IV. Delivery and Deadline
🤍Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
🤍 Detailed illustrations may require up to 2 months or less, depends on the complexity.
🤍 If you require a specific deadline, please inform me before placing an order.
🤍 Finished artwork will be delivered via email in high-resolution format.
🤍 Clients will receive a watermarked preview and a clean final version.V. Usage Rights
🤍 You may use the artwork as a profile picture, banner, wallpaper, stream asset, social media post or personal display.
🤍 Share the commissioned artwork online with proper credit.
You may not claim the artwork as your own. Remove my signature or watermark from previews.VI. Artist's Rights
🤍 I retain full copyright ownership of the artwork
🤍 I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio, social media, commission sheets, and promotional materials unless privacy is requested beforehand.
🤍 My artwork may not be used as a reference for AI generation, AI training, NFT, crypto.
